Terms of Service
Last updated: June 18, 2026
These terms cover your use of QRder as a coffee shop owner. By signing up, you agree to them.
The Service
QRder provides QR-based ordering, a kitchen display, and a sales dashboard for your shop. We don't process payments on your behalf; your customers pay you directly using whatever method you already accept (cash, card terminal, e-wallet).
Free Trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full access to your plan's features. No credit card is required to start the trial.
Subscription & Payment
After your trial ends, continued access requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are currently paid manually via bank transfer or DuitNow; once we confirm payment, your account is marked active for the next billing period. We'll let you know before this process changes.
Cancellation
You can stop using QRder at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in contract. If your subscription lapses without renewal, dashboard and menu management access will be paused, but we'll always do our best to make sure your customer-facing ordering page keeps working in the meantime.
Your Responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials secure and don't share your account
- Make sure menu information (prices, descriptions, photos) is accurate
- Use the service for legitimate business purposes only
Service Availability
QRder is an early-stage product. While we work to keep it reliable, we don't currently guarantee uptime or offer a formal service-level agreement. We recommend keeping a backup way to take orders during any outage.
Limitation of Liability
QRder is provided as-is. We're not liable for lost sales, lost orders, or other damages resulting from service interruptions or technical issues, beyond fixing the issue as quickly as we reasonably can.
Changes to These Terms
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
